  1. Each of our mannikins is made to order. For this reason:
    a) ALL International orders MUST be pre-paid. ALL duties and taxes must be paid by the customer. Thank you!!
    b) ALL sales are final. We do not accept requests for refunds. Returns are not accepted.
  2. Payment can be made by:
    a) Check or money order
    b) Bank wire – there is a $50.00 charge for all bank wires. On your end, kindly ensure that your bank wire charges do not come out from our total amount as this will delay your order processing.
    c) Credit card over the phone (Visa/MC, AMEX). 2% credit card processing fee will be charged.
    d) Purchase Orders: For established customers ONLY at the discretion of our management (USA & Canada ONLY). Full payment must be paid within 14 days of when your order is shipped. Thank you!!
  3. We offer a discount of 20% for any order totaling $28,000.00 or more only on Rescue Critters® Brand items. This is our only discount program.
  4. Because each mannikin is made to order, please allow an estimated 5-6 weeks* shipping time, after we receive payment.
  5. All of our products come with a limited 6 (six) months manufacturer’s warranty.
  6. Please contact us for a Shipping & Handling quote (postal code is required).
  7. If you are paying via PayPal, for International orders, please include a 8 % fee to your total order amount in US. For orders within the US, please include a TBD fee to your total order amount.

2. E-Commerce and Purchases

Rescue Critters® was established in 1998. The inspiration to develop alternatives came from the realization that live animals were being practiced on to teach pet first aid. This subsequently led to the development of animal training mannikins catered to the veterinary profession.

  • Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not liable for any price changes or product discontinuations.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.

3. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program allowing users to earn commissions by referring new customers.

  • Enrollment: Affiliate applications are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

  • Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission of on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate tracking links.

  • Prohibited Methods: Affiliates may not use spam, self-referrals, misleading claims, or trademark bidding (PPC) to generate sales. You must explicitly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (or your local equivalent).

  • Termination of Affiliates: We may terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program immediately for violating these terms, which will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Rescue Critters® or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
